REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of one year of customer service, retail or sales experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Desire to learn about the Automotive Industry and take initiative to understand the customer experience
- Friendly, approachable and positive personality driven to excel at customer service
- Professional and able to work directly with diverse group of clientele
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers in a professional and courteous manner and continuously exceed their expectations
- Answer all incoming calls, emails and respond to voicemails promptly
- Track and maintain customer traffic
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- The ability to actively listen to the needs of our guests and guide them to the appropriate department for assistance
- Reception duties and other office tasks as assigned
