Conduct field surveys and analyze on-site conditions before creating planning drawings.
Create planning/working drawings, accompanied by cost estimates.
Prepare reports related to ongoing projects, in the form of maps/drawings/graphics.
Supervise workers on site.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Urban Planning/Civil Engineering/Masterplan.
Minimum 2 years Experience in area management/estate management/traffic management.
Strong analytical skills and good on-site knowledge.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Google Earth, and Microsoft Office (especially Ms. PowerPoint).
Able to work effectively with a work schedule.
High initiative and willingness to learn new things.
Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci
