NTT DATA’s Client is seeking a highly skilled Public Cloud Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions for their organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and experience in cloud architecture, security, networking, and automation. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop scalable, cost-effective, and high-performance cloud solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud Architecture & Design
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Develop cloud architecture frameworks, best practices, and governance models.
  • Provide guidance on multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud strategies.
  • Cloud Migration & Modernization
  • Lead cloud migration efforts, including assessment, planning, and execution.
  • Modernize legacy applications using microservices, containers, and serverless architectures.
  • Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Ensure cloud environments meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and monitoring.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Optimization & Automation
  • Optimize cloud costs using FinOps best practices.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
  • Improve system reliability through observability, logging, and monitoring.
  • Collaboration & Advisory
  • Work with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to implement cloud solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal teams.
  • Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and trends.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or related roles.
  • Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud automation.
  • Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and DevOps.
  • Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
  • Experience with databases, APIs, and serverless computing.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
