Goldbelt Professional Services specializes in providing expert resources for Public Health missions including scientific, technical, and administrative support from junior staff to high-level subject matter experts. Research and data driven, Goldbelt Professional Services’ experts create solutions customized to the client’s needs.

SUMMARY:

Goldbelt Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Public Health Analyst to work within the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This position will support a wide range of administrative tasks for the NCIRD business service needs. This work will be performed at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Roybal Campus in Atlanta, GA. The CDC is the nation’s premier health promotion, prevention, and preparedness agency. The Public Health Analyst will report to Goldbelt Professional Services leadership to ensure the execution of timely, high-quality deliverables for the client.

  • Expertise in project management tools and software, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s in Public Health, Health Education, Epidemiology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience reading and interpreting research and statistical data to support public health work.
  • Clinical or public health background with experience communicating, coordinating, and working with public health programs.
  • Exercising good interpersonal skills to coordinate work that will engage a wide range of programs, issues and staff from a variety of professional backgrounds.
  • Experience organizing and managing projectsAbility to obtain and maintain access to CDC systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience working with the CDC is highly desired to understand the culture and environment.
  • Experience with Health Communications.
  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Education, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience with a Master’s degree.
