  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • High Level of proficiency in Arabic (spoken & written)/ English is an advantage

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Establish and maintain lines of communication and understanding between AARP and the Authorities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure for processing of/ delivery of assigned services
  • Take timely legal actions as prescribed by the department head and maintain all records
  • Liaise with the Group Legal Department/ external lawyers for timely and effective actions as and when devised by the department head
  • Ensure compliance with the internal and external (RERA, DM, SM, DEWA, SEWA, DED, etc.,) approved policies rules and regulations to protect company and customers interest
  • Establish and maintain/ update records and filling to systems (DMS) in order to support the information needs of the management
  • Ensure timely collections of documents and other receivables
  • Provide clear and timely operation and management reports to senior management
  • Ensure that the landlords obligations are met in respect of the properties
  • Maintain and record effective communications with the relevant authorities and department team
  • Ensure that customer service is to a high standard
