Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the realization of PR events;
  • Ensure daily media monitoring, create a press review and visibility reports monthly and by campaign;
  • Update and populate the press list;
  • Update images and press information;
  • Assist in the realization of various HR marketing projects;
  • Assist the team with the department photoshoots;
  • Execute and follow up on media sample requests;
  • Track and sequence samples for PR needs;
  • Coordinate the dispatch and tracking of shipments to the media;
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of different products, banners and the company in general;
  • Contribute to content creation;
  • Support all other requests for the team;
  • Occasionally write or translate communications (newsletters, invitations and other documents);
  • Support requests for donations and sponsorships
