Job Summary:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing government relations, legal documentation, and compliance for the organization. The role includes handling official processes and documents related to immigration, visas, labor laws, trade licenses, and other governmental requirements. The PRO will ensure all documents are filed and maintained according to legal and regulatory standards while liaising effectively with relevant authorities and departments.
Key Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in public relations, specifically with governmental procedures and documentation.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and government regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good communication skills to work effectively with different departments and government entities.
Working Conditions:
Office-based with frequent visits to government offices and other official locations.
May require flexibility in working hours to accommodate urgent governmental requirements.

Responsibilities:

Manage company assets related to government formalities, such as Emirates ID, PEMO cards, and other essential cards.
Assist employees in understanding and completing necessary government procedures.
Regularly update management and relevant departments on the status of official requests, government processes, and potential delays.
