The Role: Public 360° Presales Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Presales Specialist to join our Norwegian and Swedish Sales teams. You will be the key technical expert, responsible for crafting functional, technical, and value propositions for public tenders and customer challenges. This role involves:
- Developing and maintaining state-of-the-art presentations, demos, and multimedia resources for Public 360°.
- Leading technical solution design and architecture for bids, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Producing blogs and articles to promote Public 360° in the market and acting as an evangelist for the product.
- Collaborating with Sales, Consulting, Product, and Support teams to stay up-to-date on product evolution.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales by demonstrating Public 360°’s value to customers.
- Tailor demonstrations and presentations to specific customer requirements.
- Own the design and communication of technical solutions in customer proposals.
- Manage the demo environment and ensure high-quality demonstrations.
- Analyze customer needs and showcase Public 360°’s benefits in solving their challenges.
- Maintain and create bid content, including unique selling points and value propositions.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies across different countries.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant IT product organization and possess strong technical and people skills. We are looking for someone who:
- Is a natural team player and relationship builder with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Has a solid technical background, preferably in case and document management systems, especially within the public sector.
- Can clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the local language and English.
- Has strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to proposing solutions.
- Can present and sell complex products to both users and decision-makers.
- Is capable of managing and delivering compelling product demos.
