Reports to: Publishing Accelerator (PA) Supervisor
Location: 100% Remote, but must work USA business hours
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

REQUIREMENTS

  • Program Membership: Must be a member of AI Publishing Academy and have published at least one book.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 12 months of previous experience in a coaching, consulting, or customer support role is required.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Excel at multitasking and managing time effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Tech-first mindset with a focus on efficiency, automation, and A.I.
  • Equipment: Access to a laptop or computer with a reliable internet connection.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for Success: Genuine passion for contributing to the success of Publishing.com and its students.
  • Motivation and Organization: Highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude.
  • Team Player: A true team player, problem solver, and critical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Remote Work Experience: Experience working in a fully remote team environment.
  • Preferred Tools: Experience with Hubspot, Zoom, Loom, Intercom, Acuity, and Slack is preferred.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our organization as a Publishing Accelerator Coach. As a coach, you will play a crucial role in our student’s success and, therefore, the company’s success. You are the face of the company. Students know and respect a coach for their knowledge, perspective, and experience.
It is imperative student success is the foundation of your role and you possess the confidence and conviction to guide them along their publishing journey. The most significant impact you can have is bringing students over the publishing finish line with a quality product.
Please note: To be considered for this role, you must be a member of Audiobook Income Academy and have published at least one full-length book.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Student Guidance: Assist students in the Publishing Accelerator program with setting their publishing career goals, improving their habits, and maintaining accountability.
  • Brand Representation: Support students while conveying our company image, brand voice, and positive personality.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong rapport with students to help them achieve results and overcome roadblocks.
  • Difficult Conversations: Confidently engage in challenging conversations with students to guide them toward success.
  • Clear Communication: Effectively communicate program concepts through live Zoom calls and recorded videos.
  • Proactive Outreach: Reach out to students before and after coaching calls to ensure they implement discussed actions and achieve their goals.
  • Documentation: Record calls and student progress in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Performance Monitoring: Achieve internal KPIs by analyzing data and tracking student progress.
  • Program Improvement: Recommend updates or improvements to the course or company.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the VIP support team to ensure students feel supported.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on tasks such as workshops, Q/A calls, and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
