RESPONSABILITÉS:

  • Entretenir, réparer ou remplacer les pompes et le moteur de pompes des chaudières
  • Entretenir, réparer ou remplacer les ventilateurs de toiture
  • Entretenir, réparer ou remplacer les ventilateurs de couloirs
  • Entretenir, réparer ou remplacer les moteurs des appareils de chauffage dans les garages
  • Assurer l’entretien et la réparation des volets d’entrée d’air dans les garages
  • Assurer l’entretien et la réparation
  • Entretenir et réparer les portes de garage avec une inspection hebdomadaire
  • Nettoyer, réparer et peindre les ventilateurs de salle de bain et les hottes de cuisine à l’atelier
  • Réparer les vide-ordures
  • Produire un rapport annuel sur l’état des portes de garage
  • Aider au besoin les surintendants
  • Réparer les aspirateurs du personnel d’entretien ménager
  • Réparer les outils lorsque possible
  • Procéder à la réparation des conduits pour les sécheuses des maisons en rangée et immeubles

Exigences professionnelles

  • Au moins trois années d’expérience en ventilation et contrôle
  • Connaissances en réparation de porte de garage
  • Connaissances en réparation de pompes
  • Aisance d’interprétation de plans d’électricité

Exigences techniques

  • Formation ou diplôme en Ventilation et contrôle ou l’équivalence
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Voiture obligatoire
  • Langue : français (obligatoire)

Exigences non techniques

  • Capacité de travailler debout, sur les toitures et sur une échelle
  • Capacité de prioriser ses tâches
  • Bonnes connaissances des techniques et des pratiques utilisées dans l’exercice du métier
  • Capacité de travailler de manière autonome et d’exécuter les travaux selon les règles du métier et les procédures établies
  • Capacité de travailler avec une tablette numérique
  • Capacité d’évaluer et de maîtriser les risques du métier ainsi que de prendre les mesures de précaution nécessaires
