• You will be part of a team of skilled colleagues who produce coverings for constructions at home and abroad, works with a punching machine to cut, shape or perforate metal, plastic or other materials. The work often involves the use of various types of tools designed to punch out precise shapes or patterns from raw materials.
• Participating in the production of items on various machines, both manual and automated. However, punching items will be the primary task.
• Operation of Punching Machines: The operator controls the machine and adjusts it as needed to ensure accurate cuts or shapes.
• Equipment setup and maintenance: This includes fitting tools and molds, ensuring proper calibration of the machine, and performing maintenance to ensure the machine is operating optimally.
• Quality control: The operator ensures that the finished product meets specifications and quality standards by checking dimensions and surface quality.
• Safety and process monitoring: The operator must follow safety procedures and continuously monitor the machine to detect any problems or malfunctions.Work with very thin steel - thickness is 0,5 mm - 1 mm.
