The role
You will assist with purchase order placement and customs duties in a global environment where product portfolio and sales channels are continuously expanding.
Your contribution to Stronger’s continued success is to register purchase orders and lead the way of working for all customs-related matters. You will be a vital part of the Supply chain team and work closely with Product & Design, Finance, Sales, 3PL warehouse, factories and freight forwarder.

Some of the things you will be doing,

  • Register purchase orders (POs)
  • Reconcile POs against procedures, master data and pricelists for data accuracy and compliance with current customs legislation
  • Update purchase orders to match final quantities and shipping requirements
  • Track the shipping of orders and provide status updates to external and internal stakeholders
  • Interact actively and positively with cross functional teams (Product, Design and Marketing) to manage orders and deadlines
  • Lead and coordinate collaboration and way of working for all customs-related matters with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality in parties’ deliverables.
  • Manage import and export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements, or other customs-related matters
  • Upload of declarations in system and carry out self-inspections
  • Monitor new customs legislation and evaluate the impact of legislation

What we are looking for
You need to have at least 2-3 years or experience in similar roles with purchase order registration. You are experienced in working in BC - Business Central Microsoft or Navision and are of course an proficient user of excel.
Previous experience with customs management is desirable but not a requirement.
Your need to be fluent in both Swedish and English both verbally and written.
