Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manages the Procurement Activities to ensure the Efficient and Cost-Effective sourcing of Goods and Services for FIVE.
- Identifies, evaluates, and selects Reliable Suppliers for various categories of Goods and Services, demonstrating a ‘FIVE-Star’ Approach to Procurement.
- Seamlessly Collaborates with various Departments, Suppliers, and Stakeholders to maintain High Standards of Quality while optimising costs, ensuring Procurement Processes align with its overall Goals and Standards.
- Negotiates Terms and Conditions with Suppliers to Secure Favourable Agreements in terms of Cost, Quality, and Delivery Schedules.
- Establishes and maintains Sensational Relationships with Vendors to ensure a Continuous Supply of High-Quality Products.
- Implements Quality Standards for all purchased Goods and Services, and ensures Timely Delivery.
- Effortlessly Collaborates with various Departments to understand their Procurement needs and create a Comprehensive Purchase Plan.
- Demonstrates a Remarkable Approach when conducting Supplier Audits to ensure Compliance with Quality Standards and Ethical Practices.
- Continuously Evaluates and Benchmarks Suppliers to Identify Opportunities for Cost Savings and Process Improvements.
- Identifies and Mitigates Potential Risks in the Supply Chain, such as Disruptions, Price Fluctuations, and quality issues.
- Maintains up-to-date Records of all Procurement Transactions, Contracts, and Agreements.
- Stays Informed about Market Trends, Pricing, New Products, and changes that may impact Procurement Processes, ensuring FIVE’s Procurement Practices consistently Remain Compliant and Set the Gold Standard.
- Generates and submits Regular Reports on Procurement Activities, including Cost Savings, Vendor Performance, and Compliance Metrics.
- Develops a Contingency Plan to address Supply Chain Challenges and Ensures Business Continuity.
