Description:

LSH Auto, a leading company in the automotive industry, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a vital role in our financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of all purchase invoices and payments.
In this role, you will be responsible for matching purchase orders with invoices, reconciling statements, processing expenses, and maintaining supplier records. You will need to have excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Matching purchase orders with invoices and ensuring accuracy in coding and recording
  • Processing supplier payments and reconciling statements
  • Dealing with supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships
  • Processing employee expense claims and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier records
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
