Description:
Nixon McQuade are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger on behalf of a leading business based in Newry.
Reporting to the AP Manager, you will be responsible for providing all round support to the department activities with specific responsibility for the Purchase Ledger functions.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank and cash allocations
- Supplier payment runs
- Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries
- Month-end procedures
- Monthly intrastat returns
- Prepare a weekly cashflow forecast
- Set up and maintain vendor accounts
