Description:

Robert Half are pleased to work exclusively with a well-established business located within the Burgess Hill area.
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on an initial temporary basis.
Salary: £16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process around 80 purchase invoices accurately and efficiently each day
  • Match purchase invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any queries or discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions in the purchase ledger.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve issues and build positive relationships.
  • Provide support and assistance to other members of the finance team as required.
