Description:
Robert Half are pleased to work exclusively with a well-established business located within the Burgess Hill area.
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on an initial temporary basis.
Salary: £16 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Process around 80 purchase invoices accurately and efficiently each day
- Match purchase invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any queries or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions in the purchase ledger.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve issues and build positive relationships.
- Provide support and assistance to other members of the finance team as required.
