Contract Type: Full Time, 6 Months Fixed Term
Location: Homebased, with occasional meetings in Birmingham office
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between core hours of 7:00AM-6:00PM

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Purchase to Pay Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you love solving puzzles, finding solutions, and ensuring data integrity, we want to hear from you!
As a P2P Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our commercial costs are accurate, compliant, and meaningful. You will investigate and resolve anomalies within large datasets, working to ensure that cost allocations for Billable Works are accurate and completed in a timely manner. In addition to identifying discrepancies, you will proactively seek solutions to recurring challenges and influence process improvements at the source. Producing reports using tools such as MS Excel, MAXIMO, and SAP ECC will be an essential part of your role, allowing management to monitor business performance effectively.
Collaboration will be crucial, as you will work closely with Finance, Commercial, and Operational teams to resolve any non-compliant issues and support the continuous improvement of cost allocation processes. Supporting system developments and updates with the IT department will also be a part of your responsibilities, ensuring operational efficiency across all platforms.
