Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

In this role the PTP Specialist it would be required to manage and monitor the end to end AP process flow for several company codes across the NAM Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures correct execution of the Accounts Payable process in accordance with the process charter for third-party stakeholders and intercompany.
  • Monitors and coordinates the execution of the entire Purchase to Pay (P2P) process (Parked, GRIR, Blocked, Overdue, Debit Balance).
  • Be in charge of managing Internal Controls (ICS) for the key procurement process as the control owner.
  • Be in charge and lead the 1099 reporting and UCP process for each one of the waves that the company codes handle.
