JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitlePurchase to Pay SpecialistJob DescriptionJob Summary: In this role the PTP Specialist it would be required to manage and monitor the end to end AP process flow for several company codes across the NAM Region.Your role: Ensures correct execution of the Accounts Payable process in accordance with the process charter for third-party stakeholders and intercompany.Monitors and coordinates the execution of the entire Purchase to Pay (P2P) process (Parked, GRIR, Blocked, Overdue, Debit Balance).Be in charge of managing Internal Controls (ICS) for the key procurement process as the control owner.Be in charge and lead the 1099 reporting and UCP process for each one of the waves that the company codes handle.You’re the right fit if: You possess an academic background in Finance and/or Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent academic field.Have +2 years of experience in procurement to pay, strategic sourcing, order intake, order processing, or a solid mix of experience and academic background.Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish.Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
