Job Description:

PCI is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for its Vancouver 103 operations based in Vancouver, WA. This individual will manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor’s responsibilities include supervising employees and coordinating logistical processes. Additional duties include:

  • Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
  • Warehouse functions consisting of order-pulling, truck-loading, packaging, shipping, receiving, and material handling.
  • Ensuring warehouse areas are kept clean, dry, and free from debris.
  • Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
  • Tracking and coordinating shipper and return tickets and timely delivery of materials.
  • Checking all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
  • Operating a forklift in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Determine appropriate places for storage, assuring that stocking and stacking conforms to safety procedures and product protection requirements.
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
  • Checking orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards are maintained.
  • Performing daily inspection of the warehouse.
  • Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

This position is safety-sensitive.
Salary range: $87,000 - $109,000 based on experience annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
Requirements:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 year of previous experience as a warehouse supervisor, foreman, or similar management position
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Mst have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have ability to perform basic math
  • Must have strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
  • Exhibits excellent leadership and organizational abilities
  • Must showcase time management and multitasking skills as well as the ability to delegate tasks
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees
  • Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds at a time
  • Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks
  • Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and working outside
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data-entry software
  • Has a good driving record

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Scaffold experience or scaffold warehouse management highly preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Local to the Vancouver/Portland area preferred
