Description:

Provide the support to ensure project delivery, quality, timing and budget for all projects / programs in PD related to Purchased Services.
Engineering Degree (Industrial, Computer preferred)
High English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking).
Discipline – Meeting management, Decision Tracking, Issue Resolution, Meeting Cadence
Strategic mindset, strong leadership performance, team building & problem-solving expertise required.
Broad background – technical Engineering & Program Management experience.
Should be able to understand the requirements pertaining to process/methods/tools and be able to work proactively to identify issues/constraints with regards to project administration
Global perspective, can-do attitude & good business and financial acumen
Teamwork & interpersonal skills crucial to build strong relationships between PD, Purchasing, Legal, Finance & Suppliers.
Willingness to understand & work successfully within a culturally diverse, global environment
1.Supplier Selection: Evaluate and select suppliers based on their capabilities and performance.
2.Onboarding and Integration: Facilitate the onboarding process for supplier’s personnel, including access to necessary tools and systems.
3.Communication Management: Establish clear channels of communication between internal teams and supplier’s personnel. Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal departments.
4.Performance Monitoring: Regularly review the work of suppliers to ensure it meets project standards and expectations. Follow-up attrition and completion of the projects according to needs.
5.Compliance: Ensure that suppliers comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage confidentiality and data security.
6.Reporting: Maintain records of contracts, work assignments, monthly reports and financial transactions.
7.Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between internal and suppliers.
8.Business Travel management: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for suppliers’ personnel involved in on-site activities. Manage travel, ensuring compliance with company travel policies
