Description:

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Issuing Purchas Orders: Use knowledge of ERP systems or Purchasing systems, preferably Fishbowl and Coupa
  • Vendor relationship: Efficient communication with vendors and follow up
  • Sourcing: Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient
  • Intra-department relationship: Interface daily with suppliers and various departments including Production, Shipping Receiving, Product Development (Engineering – Chemistry), Quality and Finance
  • Analysis of vendor proposals: Preparing cost analysis, estimates, and vendor performance reports
  • Inventory Management: Assist with setting inventory management parameters EX: Determine ROP, EOQ, OUL, ABC class, and cycle counts

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in purchasing, material planning, inventory management, or a related position
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
