We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in Miami, Florida. We are in search of a Purchasing Agent to join our telecom provider company.

• Obtain and negotiate quotes from vendors to ensure the best price
• Adhere to project budgets while making purchases
• Enter and track all outstanding purchase orders for accurate record keeping
• Maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with vendors and internal teams
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking purposes
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure all purchasing activities align with project timelines
• Continually assess vendor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
  Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Excel
  Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary
  Associates of Arts in international business or supply chain is a plus
  Bilingual; english and spanish
