QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1* -2 years* of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Procurement Data Analysis: Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and process improvements.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and select suppliers, manage relationships, and ensure adherence to contracts, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Cost Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining or improving product/service quality.
• Purchase Order Management: Create, track, and ensure timely execution of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, and delivery terms.
• Supplier Performance Monitoring: Evaluate supplier performance regularly, ensuring that service levels, delivery times, and quality standards are met.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new suppliers, and competitive pricing.
