Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Customer Service Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support administrative functions across procurement, customer service, and daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of various processes. This role requires balancing multiple tasks, managing a high volume of daily transactions, and coordinating with both internal and external teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, procurement, or customer service role.
- Proven experience managing high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience in procurement or inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with suppliers and customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Bonus: Experience in a fabrication or OEM environment, particularly with Machining or Sheet Metal, is a plus but not required.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
