Responsibilities:

  • Use your expertise to source, negotiate, and procure materials that align with our project needs.
  • Maintain and cultivate strong connections with both current and potential suppliers.
  • Attend weekly production meetings to keep everyone informed about the status of critical items.
  • Oversee stock levels, ensuring we always have what we need, when we need it.
  • Take the lead in conducting our annual stocktake, making crucial adjustments as needed.
  • Quickly identify and resolve any delivery issues, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure that invoices and deliveries are seamlessly managed, keeping our customers satisfied.
