PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Requirements :

• NITEC or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong administrative skills, preferably with experience in purchasing function.
• Good numeracy skills and keen attention to details.
• Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel is advantageous

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies for the F&B operations.
• Evaluate and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the central kitchen and outlets to ensure timely replenishment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
• Collaborate with the operations and quality assurance teams to ensure all purchased items meet company standards.Address and resolve any issues related to defective or substandard goods.
