YOUR EXPERIENCE

Our successful candidate will have previous administration experience working within a busy office environment alongside:

  • Grade C or above (New System 5 or above) GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Excellent IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A clear communication style with an outstanding ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of the supply base, maintaining, and developing the Supplier Management Systems
  • Managing the correspondence and documents the team processes
  • Arranging key meetings and appointments, and producing schedules and recording minutes for them
  • Understanding and inputting data to create and maintain presentations and databases
