Description:

Neville Hotels Group are currently seeking to recruit a purchasing executive assistant/ stock controller for the business. This is a new exciting role for the company where the successful candidate would be ideally based in the east/ southeast and will be required to report directly to the Group Financial Controller, Group Purchasing Manager and may also be required to assist with construction side of the business.

WHO WE ARE:

The Neville Hotels Group currently consists of five hotels, those being 4* Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin, the 5* Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort in Wicklow, the 4* Kilkenny River Court Hotel, the 4* Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre in Waterford City and the 4* Ravenport Resort in Curracloe, Co. Wexford.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferably experience in an administrative or similar role but training will be provided
  • Highly proficient in MS Word & Excel.
  • Great attention to detail with excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining and assessing quotes from suppliers
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Stock Control for various aspects of the business
  • Assist accounts team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.
