Description:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read, write and verbally communicates effectively and professionally with other departments, guests, and vendors in English.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.

OTHER

  • Must be able to work weekends/holidays, when needed.

    This job description includes the essential functions, primary duties and minimum standard of work expected from an employee in this position. Responsibilities:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies
  • Coordinate with management team to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Assist in developing and monitoring departmental budgets
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases
  • Collaborate with various departments to determine their procurement needs
  • Prepare purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Receive and deliver goods for each department
  • Organize and stack items in storage rooms
  • Complete monthly inventory counts
