Description:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicates effectively and professionally with other departments, guests, and vendors in English.
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
OTHER
- Must be able to work weekends/holidays, when needed.

This job description includes the essential functions, primary duties and minimum standard of work expected from an employee in this position. Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES:
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies
- Coordinate with management team to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained
- Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Assist in developing and monitoring departmental budgets
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases
- Collaborate with various departments to determine their procurement needs
- Prepare purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Receive and deliver goods for each department
- Organize and stack items in storage rooms
- Complete monthly inventory counts
