Next Perimeter, a leader in cloud-first cybersecurity and IT services, is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to coordinate and streamline the procurement of technology assets across the U.S.
As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that clients receive timely deliverables from our sales team ensuring that we fulfill their operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a finance, purchasing, or procurement role. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities and experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, preferably within the tech industry. A basic understanding of finance, including budget management and cost tracking, is essential. Additionally, excellent communication and negotiation skills are required. Familiarity with tax considerations in procurement would be a valuable asset.

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders for laptops and other IT assets, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies. You will work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing, monitor inventory, and manage delivery schedules. Additionally, you will oversee the movement of laptops, either to our office for preconfiguration or directly to end users nationwide. You will also monitor expenses, assist in maintaining budget accuracy, and report on cost-saving opportunities. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and managing proper documentation for purchasing activities are key aspects of this position. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams to track asset inventory and manage the lifecycle of IT equipment.
