  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain or any related field.

Responsibilities:

As a Purchasing Executive, you will manage and execute operational purchasing tasks as delegated by the Purchasing Manager in line with Group Purchasing (GP) policies, principles, guidelines and procedures for Indirect Materials (IM) in close cooperation with local stakeholders and GP, in support of the company’s business targets.
This position will be based in Jeddah and report directly to the Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with user departments to identify and plan requirements for indirect material categories, implementing the Category Management Concept where relevant.
  • Source, select, and approve suppliers for indirect materials, conducting audits as needed
  • Maintain and close open transactions within the system
  • Ensure optimal specifications for indirect materials in collaboration with user departments
  • Negotiate agreements for indirect materials, following Tactical Purchasing and contract guidelines
  • Implement and monitor global/regional agreements relevant to the company
  • Place and track orders in Matrix based on contracts and agreements
  • Oversee invoice control and report KPIs to the Purchasing Manager.
