About the Role
In our headquarters in Bologna we are seeking for a fresh graduate, who will be part of the purchasing area, for a six-month refunded internship. The successful candidate will support the team, gain hands-on experience and a full overview of a global procurement environment.
As a Purchasing Intern, you will focus on commercials parts. Hence, the successful candidate will have a first bite of how procurement processes work.

On a daily basis the candidate will support the team in:

• Maintaining relationships with suppliers for the procurement of commercial parts and in scouting new potential suppliers.
• Monitoring the order confirmation process and ensuring compliance with agreed delivery dates.
• Updating spare parts commitments into purchase orders in SAP.
• Timely management of suppliers in terms of costs, delivery, and quality, utilizing company management systems to handle contracts.
• Facing with Spare Parts, Logistics and Warehouse and other Coesia’s Departments.
