Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations and team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily inflow of a diverse range of products used by our hotel, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Monitor all stock levels and identify future procurement needs;
  • Administrative Control: Maintain proper administrative and financial control over all aspects of the purchasing department;
  • Record Keeping: Oversee updates to our purchasing databases and ensure accurate record keeping;
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and new vendors, evaluate offers, and negotiate prices;
  • Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed cost analyses to support purchasing decisions;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the F&B and Kitchen Management teams to source quality products at competitive prices;
  • Global Sourcing: Collaborate with peers from our European sister hotels to source products and negotiate contracts for the Set Hotels and Set Collection.

You will report directly to our Regional Director of Finance and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of the Conservatorium Hotel.
