- Any education background or work experience in procurement or business management will be an added advantage.
- Any experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage as well.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods and services.
- Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives for local and international sources
- Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
- Liaise with operational departments for the request of materials.
- Maintain and review records of purchased items, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
- Perform document verification (E.g. DO, PO, and other supporting documents)
- Liaise with finance department pertaining to payment matters.
- Assist in preparation of tender bidding / sales contracts and verify product specifications.
- Liaise with operations and warehouse to perform product and inventory inspections.
- Prepare reports and conduct cost analysis.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
