  • Any education background or work experience in procurement or business management will be an added advantage.
  • Any experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage as well.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods and services.
  • Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives for local and international sources
  • Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
  • Liaise with operational departments for the request of materials.
  • Maintain and review records of purchased items, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
  • Perform document verification (E.g. DO, PO, and other supporting documents)
  • Liaise with finance department pertaining to payment matters.
  • Assist in preparation of tender bidding / sales contracts and verify product specifications.
  • Liaise with operations and warehouse to perform product and inventory inspections.
  • Prepare reports and conduct cost analysis.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
