• Manage the end-to-end direct procurement processes, ensuring efficient planning and handling of purchase orders.
• Collaborate closely and proactively with our European and US suppliers, including conducting supplier assessments.
• Facilitate seamless communication with distribution, product management, marketing, warehouse teams, and forwarding agents.
• Actively monitor and follow up on timelines with suppliers and related departments to guarantee timely product availability.
• Drive process improvements and enhance communication across all involved parties.
