PURCHASING SPECIALIST - STRATEGIC PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS

Our client, a leading multinational company operating in the field of automation for the Retail, Banking and Distribution markets, is looking to fill the role of Purchasing Specialist

• Coordinating all the planning and operating purchasing activities for the assigned - strategic - program and projects, coordinating with the related Executive Director, with focus on Mechanicals, Electronics and Mechatronics technologies;
• Participating in defining optimal sourcing strategy for new product and services lines, cooperating closing with the Engineering, R&D and other Corporate colleagues and Departments;
• Negotiate with Vendors from a total cost perspective, optimizing price, quality and service levels within stables relationship;
• Developing and executing Programs’ purchasing strategy at a global level;
• Deploying sourcing expertise to drive supplier identification, qualification and development;
• Achieving the cost savings on the assigned projects and programs;
• Carrying out the strategic Purchasing Market Analysis for assigned projects and programs
