Located on a stunning 250-acre property, we provide an elevated dining experience across multiple outlets, including a Café, Restaurant, Concessions, and special events. We are seeking a Purchasing Supervisor (Purchasing Manager) to join our dynamic team.
Compensation is $25-$28 an hour.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a Purchasing Manager or Supervisor role within the hospitality industry, managing procurement for multi-unit operations.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable and regenerative sourcing practices.
- Experience in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and achieving cost savings.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to evolving operational needs.
