The Warehouse Support, Support Services is responsible for assisting with donation pickups, meeting and event setups, and donation distributions. Additionally, this position supports building and warehouse maintenance to maintain a clean and organized environment and aids with security services as needed. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organization skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize.

  • You have a High School Diploma or GED
  • You have one (1) year experience in Support Service/Warehouse Handling
  • You are Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • You have a Forklift certification or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • You have a Valid Driver’s License.

What you Deliver

  • You will be responsible for the operation of the warehouse and storage facilities. Sorting, valuing, and packaging donations for distribution according to target goals. You will be responsible for the cleanliness, organization and storage planning of donations and furniture storage areas.
  • You will assist program staff in the selection of products as needed and assist in maintaining the file room and pull requests for archived documents.
  • Assist with meeting/event setups. Receive donations coming into the building per agency guidelines. Monitor and upkeep agency owned AV equipment.
  • You will assist with pick-ups, deliveries to other agency locations and clients, maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of agency facilities. You will conduct security duty as needed and assist in bi-weekly inventories.
  • You will assist Office Service clerk with mail room operations as assigned.
  • You will operation agency vehicle (box truck) as needed.
  • You will work with maintenance andperform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor, team supervisor or Purchasing and Support Services Director
  • You will be responsible for assisting with drive through distributions and check distributions. Assist with parking lot set up ensuring driving path is clearly marked for traffic control, confirm client ID, assist with clients with online registration form utilizing an agency cell phone, and monitor the entry of clients into the distribution flow.
