Want to play a pivotal role in driving strategic opportunities at Deloitte? We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate Pursuits & Bid Manager to join our team. We are open to candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra or Perth and offer excellent WFH flexibility.
What will your typical day look like?
The is a national role, and an exciting opportunity for you to work across all areas of our firm on our most important strategic opportunities.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our strategic pursuits, managing the bid process from start to finish. You’ll play a crucial role in facilitating workshops, where you’ll assess and enhance client relationships, competitive strategies, delivery solutions, and more, all contributing to the development of clear and differentiated value propositions.
Collaboration is key as you work closely with lead partners, directors, and pursuit teams to project manage proposal responses and oral presentations. You’ll be responsible for managing tasks, timelines, and team activities to ensure on-time and high-quality submissions.
You’ll engage firm-wide resources, including other service lines, business analysts, and legal teams, to support bids effectively. Leveraging support from EDC and creative resources, you’ll improve and accelerate proposal and oral presentation development.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales support, ideally within a Professional Services environment
Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams and winning proposals
Passion for supporting sales operations and strong coaching abilities
Expertise in project management of sales pursuits, bid management, and proposal development
Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage RFx response templates
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
