WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU…

  • Proven experience in a Global HR leadership role, in a matrixed organization
  • Strong expertise in HR processes, policy development, and project management
  • Solid understanding of multiple HR domains including rewards, wellbeing, engagement, performance management, recruitment, diversity & inclusion, and HR technology
  • Experience in managing and implementing HR tools and technology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive practical, scalable solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement
  • We are looking for someone who will thrive with the freedom this role offers, while confidently navigating the challenges that come with it
  • Please note that for this role, excellent English proficiency is required, both spoken and written, at a native level. Additional languages would be considered a plus

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE…

Dstny is seeking a dynamic and results-driven PX (HR) Operations Director for a global role reporting directly to the Chief People Experience Officer (CPXO). In this strategic position, you will lead the development and implementation of key HR processes, policies, and projects that support our HR teams across different countries. You will deliver new and improve existing practical and scalable HR solutions to enhance the overall employee experience globally, while also managing the HR tooling necessary for operational success. A key role is to facilitate the business to leverage the holistic and data-driven Vitamins and holistic Q7 leadership frameworks we use in a structured way to drive benefits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Global Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies such as remote work, assessment center and travel policies, and many others, ensuring alignment with local laws and global business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Design and continuously improve HR processes across various countries, ensuring efficiency and alignment with Dstny’s strategic goals.
  • Global HR Solutions: Partner with regional HR teams to provide tailored, workable HR solutions that address local needs while adhering to global standards.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee global HR projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.
  • HR IS Tools: Manage and optimize HR technology platforms, ensuring they enhance the employee experience across the employee lifecycle. Evaluate and implement new tools to keep Dstny at the cutting edge of HR operations.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with HR leaders and other departments across Dstny’s global footprint to ensure alignment of strategies and best practices.
