ABOUT THE ROLE

A newly created role designed to lead the news ways of working to the Group People Experience team. This role will help PX translate strategy into action and build a PX Group governance model complemented by data and insights.
PEXA is a growing company, expanding into overseas markets including acquisition. This exciting expansion creates an opportunity for the leader to design, enhance and build this transformation function enhanced by reporting and insights, effective governance and a roadmap of continuous improvement.
