Description:
- Min 5-6 years of experience in Pyspark / AWS
- Monitoring the job and resolve the errors in case of failures
- Resolve the user queries [incidents/ service requests] within SLAs
- Should be able to priorities the tasks and handle workloads
- Production support and should know all terminologies of production support
- Stakeholder Management & Team Management
- Coordination with the Dev team for bug fixes, automation and new development
- Rotational PST shifts
- Commercial pharma domain knowledge is an advantage
