JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience backend development with a focus on deploying SaaS and on-premises solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).
• Proven experience in managing small teams and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management skills, including strong organizational and leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Python.
• Implementing and deploying SaaS and on-premises solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Integrating with various third-party services and APIs to enhance functionality.
• Leading and managing a small team of remote developers, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, designers, and product managers.
• Acting as a project manager for various initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Implementing automated testing and continuous integration to ensure code quality.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Proposing and implementing improvements to our development processes and tools.
