Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Python and SQL.
  • Some python libraries like TensorFlow, Numpy, Pandas, matplotlib etc.
  • Knowledge of Django backend framework.
  • Basic testing skills.
  • Knowledge of Git, GitHub / GitLab, tools like Pycharm/VSCode, DevTools.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Notion and Jira.
  • Nice to have: a basic understanding of REST API, Docker, CI/CD.
  • Good level of English to communicate with the team.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and communication skills.

What you will do:

  • Fix code-related issues reported by students and provide feedback to the support team after solving the issues.
  • Update and improve the existing tests after receiving bug and feedback reports from students.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the developer’s team regarding platform bug fixing.

It is a part-time position that requires 4 hours of availability per day. If there are few or no tickets, the technical specialist must check for new tickets every 30 minutes and resolve any that arise. The schedule is as follows:

Time Zone: GMT -3 (Buenos Aires time)

  • Monday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Tuesday: Off
  • Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Thursday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: Off
