Description:
Facility Location- Richmond
Posting Locations - Richmond; Vancouver

Salary - $52,000-$55,000
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferably in a science related discipline).
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Experience working in an ISO environment.
- Excellent communication skills; both oral and written.
- HACCP & FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 knowledge/Experience.
- Good manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet target deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Review the lab results, and product specifications in IQS, and prepare the required reports
- Update the product specifications and documents as required
- Participate in QA projects, collect, and analyze data
- Participate in commissioning of the new production line
- Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implementing the document control
- Participate in preparing the documents and records for external audits (FSSC22000, ISO 9001)
- Review and update the HACCP Plans as required
- Help to write a new HACCP Plan for the new line.
- Record and trend the consumer complaints and assist in doing the root-cause analysis and implementing the corrective actions
- Implement the GMP inspections
