Facility Location- Richmond

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferably in a science related discipline).
  • Detailed oriented and organized
  • Experience working in an ISO environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; both oral and written.
  • HACCP & FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 knowledge/Experience.
  • Good manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet target deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Review the lab results, and product specifications in IQS, and prepare the required reports
  • Update the product specifications and documents as required
  • Participate in QA projects, collect, and analyze data
  • Participate in commissioning of the new production line
  • Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implementing the document control
  • Participate in preparing the documents and records for external audits (FSSC22000, ISO 9001)
  • Review and update the HACCP Plans as required
  • Help to write a new HACCP Plan for the new line.
  • Record and trend the consumer complaints and assist in doing the root-cause analysis and implementing the corrective actions
  • Implement the GMP inspections
