The manufacturing plant in Port Elizabeth produces both small and large volume parenterals.
The purpose of this position is o provide administrative support to the entire Quality Assurance Department.
- PQR – Typing and Trending and administration of database
- Trending for the QMS system and reports from KabiTrack
- Risk assessments and register – administration
- Customer complaint administration duties
- Compilation of logbooks
- Administration of the Netskills training system
- Compilation and distribution of quality KPIs and Netskills training status to departments
- Complete transactions and reconciliations for batch movement to quarantine store (QS/QR)
- Administration of the Document Management System e.g. SOPs, archive and retention of records
- General office duties inclusive of handling of stationary supplies, filing, and assistance with document typing.
- Carry out other tasks within the department/ factory which are consistent with the grade, qualification and training of the incumbent.

- Possess a post matric qualification e.g., Certificate or Diploma in Administration
- Advanced Microsoft office including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, Lotus Notes
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in administration or secretarial duties
- Experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
