About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous QA Analyst to help us deliver quality and consistency to our customers

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience testing web applications
  • Hands-on experience with the Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self motivated and a team player

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Past experience with testing payment systems and Quickbook integrations
  • Working knowledge of LLMs such as ChatGPT
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho.
    This role offers exposure to adjacent fields such as test automation, product management, AI and software development
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable product insights and identify improvement areas.
  • Test AI chatbots, evaluate conversation quality, and provide thorough documentation of findings.
  • Identify, track, and report software issues, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with the development team.
