What you’ll be working on
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work on multiple and various projects, in relation with the internal processes, complying with several business needs, on the technical area. You will be member of an Agile team within Know-Your-Client (KYC) area. Each Agile team owns a portfolio of processes related to his value chain and has the mission to develop and maintain them according to a prioritized backlog. All products, processes, services, customer interactions, from opening a relationship or current account to lending products for large companies, are modelled in a BPM (Business Process Modelling) system

What you’ll do

• Understand the business requirements, functional analysis, and change tasks.
• Create test plans and design test cases.
• Create and execute (manual or automated) sanity and functional/non-functional tests (performance, security, different access means/ channels).
• Update and maintain the integration (regression) test plan as defined and /or updated during testing new test cases identified.
• Report, record, escalate if needed and trace all discovered errors/bugs.
• rovide feedback and propose improvements for user experience designs.
• Contribute together with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process.
• Provide support for production and UAT incidents.
• Provide necessary documentation for application lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile meetings.

What you offer us

• At least 2 years prior experience as Quality Assurance tester.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (like Azure DevOps).
• SQL – intermediate level or higher.
• Knowledge regarding SpecFlow (Cucumber), Gherkin and GIT.
• Advanced English skills (in writing and verbally).
• Abstract thinking.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details and ability to organize work.
• Communication skills (in writing and verbally).
• Customer orientation.
• Flexibility in proceedings.
• High standards of confidentiality
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and trust.

Considered a plus

• ISTQB Certification will be an advantage.
• Experience with change management.
• Experience with OOP (either C# or Java) and pipelines.
• Eager to learn automation testing.
• Working experience according to Agile methodology
