This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the company’s QA strategy and processes, making a significant impact on the quality of our AI/ML-based medical data processing system.
The position follows a hybrid model requiring on-site presence at least twice a week in Downtown Toronto.

- Solid understanding of testing frameworks like PyTest, JUnit, or TestNG
- Experience with manual testing techniques and the ability to write and execute detailed test cases
- Experience testing APIs, databases, and microservices

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working closely with developers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus
- Experience with performance testing or security testing tools is a plus If you’re excited about owning the QA process, including both manual and automated testing, and enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
At Wisedocs AI, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-powered medical data processing.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing QA processes and best practices for both manual and automated testing
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks for scalable and efficient testing
- Conducting manual testing when necessary to ensure thorough validation of features and bug fixes, especially for complex or new functionalities
- Building and enhancing the company’s test automation framework, driving quality initiatives across the development cycle
- Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure proper test coverage for all new features and systems
- Creating and executing test plans, scenarios, and test cases, while identifying test data requirements for both manual and automated testing
- Continuously improving and integrating automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to streamline the release process
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with the development team
